Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items created at the customer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Digital vouchers and products purchased as part of discount campaigns or special offers are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided this was stated accordingly at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
Returning the received item is the fastest way to receive the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
