Have you ever thought about what a good life looks like? What choices you should have made, or how you'll look at your younger self when you're older? I think the paradox of asking these questions at a young age is that you might know what really matters or hear it from someone who's already had your experience. You know the truth and receive wise advice, but you still struggle to act on it because you have to experience things for yourself.
We can only truly internalize what we want in life, what we regret, or what we will look back on with gratitude in 30 years once we have gained and experienced the insights ourselves.
Especially at a young age, we're tormented by thoughts about our own identity. Our role in society. The things we're confronted with and have to recognize where we're conforming too much and what we can truly identify with.
